Who is eligible to
receive
ASSISTANCE ?
- Anyone who is out of a job and requires assistance with complimenting their rent or mortgage.
- Anyone needing assistance with purchasing food for their family. (A letter with requested amount along with number household members, also a letter from either of the following, a church, state office, family assistance officer stating the family's needs.)
- Anyone may inquire about helping another individual.
- If assistance is needed to help a family in a foreign country submit a letter stating the needs.
- Anyone without insurance and is in need of medical care.
- If you have any other requests for assistance please contact us to be evaluated.
- Note: All requests will be considered for assistance and amount requested is not necessarily the amount that will be disbursed.
- When requesting assistance please include an address along with all required documentation.
- We may also refer you to other agencies for assistance.
- Be sure that all request will be carefully consider for assistance as long as funds are available.
